BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – For the fourth time in her career, Bridgewater State University senior Molly Rouillard has been selected as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

In her first race of the season, Rouillard qualified for the Division III New England Championship meet in the mile as she posted a time of 5:17.45 at the Harvard Open to finish third in the event.

Last season during the 2011-2012 academic year, Rouillard was voted to the Capital One Division III Academic All-District One Women's Track and Field/Cross Country Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (Co-SIDA). She also competed at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 12th in the 10,000-meter run.

Among the most accomplished cross country runners in program history, Rouillard captured MASCAC Runner of the Year honors in each of her three seasons with the team.  The Dartmouth, Massachusetts native was also selected as the MASCAC Runner of the Week an impressive 16 times over the course of her career and qualified for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships this past fall as she finished 50th out of 277 competitors at the meet.

The indoor season continues for Rouillard and the BSU women's track and field team on January 19th when the Bears compete at the Wheaton Invitational.
