Campus Recreation - Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are FREE with your BSU Connect Card. These programs are run by Campus Recreation at various facilities during each semester. Classes are held at Kelly Gym and the Adrian Tinsley Center. Classes are taught by BSU Student under the instruction of the Fitness Staff.

 Class Descriptions:

R & R Fitness
A combination of rowing , riding and running designed to burn lots of calories and improve your endurance and stamina.   Bring a towel, water and and lots of energy!

Body Fusion 
A head to toe workout, using  a variety of body weight exercises,Pilates,Barre and Yoga techniques designed to stimulate all your energy systems,burn calories, improve balance and core stability.  Bring a towel,water and a mat.
