Outdoor 2025:  Placed 8^th in the 800 (1:53.51min) at the Emory Thrills in the Hills Invite. Placed 1^st in the 1500 at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 4^th in the 800 with a personal best (1:52.48min) at the Sean Collier Invite. Placed 1^st in the 800 (1:54.98min) and 1^st in the 1500 (4:02.60min) and member of the 1^st place 4x400m relay team (split 49.6s) at the MASCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Qualified and competed in the 800 at the DIII New England Track & Field Championship, placing 3^rd with a personal best (1:51.59min). Qualified and competed at the NEICAAA Championship in the 800, placing 3^rd (1:52.60min). Placed 10^th in the 800 with a personal best (1:51.44min) at the MIT Last Chance Qualifier. 800 ranks 2^nd on the BSU-All-Time Performers List.  All-Conference Honoree (800/1500 wins marked 4 MASCAC Championship wins in the events for all straight years he competed). Recognized as MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week on multiple occasions.

Indoor 2024-25:  Set a personal best in the 3,000 (9:04.65min) at the new balance Early Bird Invite, placing 20^th. Placed 1^st in the mile with a personal best (4:18.99min) at the Boston University Mini Meet. Placed 20^th in the mile at the Suffolk Relays. Placed 1^st in the 1,000 with a personal best (2:29.42min) at the Tufts Branwen Smith King Invite. Placed 1^st in the 1,000 (2:30.06min) at the Reggie Open. Placed 28^th with a personal best in the 800 (1:52.54min) at the BU Scarlet & White Invite. Placed 7^th in the 800 at the DIII New England Track & Field Championship, receiving All-New England Honors. Placed 3^rd in the 800 at the Tufts Final Qualifier meet. Qualified for the NCAA Indoor National Championship in the 800, placing 16^th at the meet. Ranked #20 in the nation in all of DIII (out of 2169 athletes) for the indoor season. Mile ranks 2^nd on the BSU All-Time Performers List. 800 and 1,000 are school records. Note: the 2025 Indoor MASCAC Championship was not held.

Outdoor 2024: Placed 2^nd in the 5000 (15:57.76min) at the Corsair Classic. Placed 18^th in the 1500 (4:02.40min) at the Amherst Spring Fling. Placed 3^rd in the 1500 (4:00.50min) and 16^th in the 800 at the Silfen Invite. Placed 11^th in the 800 with a personal best (1:52.83min) at the Sean Collier Invite. Placed 1^st in the 800 (1:57.81min) and 1^st in the 1500 (4:07.74min) at the MASCAC Championship. Placed 4^th with a personal best in the 1500 (3:54.85min) and member of the 4x400 relay team (3:29.77min) at the New England DIII Championship. Placed 4^th and set a personal best in the 800 (1:52.63min) at the NEICAAA Championship. Placed 7^th in the 800 (1:53.31min) at the MIT Last Chance Qualifier. 800 time ranks 3^rd and 1500 time ranks 2^nd on the outdoor all-time BSU Performance List. Named to MASCAC All-Academic Team for Winter/Spring. Named to 2024 MASCAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field All Conference Team. Named MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week on 4 occasions.

Indoor 2023-2024: Placed 16^th with a personal best in the 3000 (9:11.96min) at the Suffolk Relays. Placed 1^st in the mile with a personal best (4:25.30min) at the Lyon Invite. Placed 1^st in the 800 (1:59.14min) and 1^st in the 1000 (2:39.70min) at the Massasoit Classic. Placed 1^st in the 800 with a personal best (1:55.73min) at the Riverhawk Invite. Placed 14^th with a personal best in the mile (4:22.12min) at the Tufts Cupid Challenge. Placed 1^st in the 800 and 1^st in the mile at the MASCAC Championship. Placed 6^th in the 800 with a personal best (1:53.78min) at the New England DIII Championship. Placed 1^st in the 800 at the NEICAAA Championship (1:54.04min; 1:54.65 in the prelims). 800 and mile time both rank 3^rd on the indoor all-time BSU Performance List. Named to 2024 MASCAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field All Conference Team. Named MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week on two occasions.

Outdoor 2023: Placed 1^st in the 1500 (PR 4:04.47) and member of the 4^th place 4x400m relay at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 2^nd in the 800 at the Corsair Classic. Placed 3^rd in the 800 (outdoor PR 1:57.18) and member of the 3^rd place 4x400m relay at the Springfield Classic. 800 mark ranks as 6^th on the all-time BSU (outdoor) performance list. Placed 8^th in the 1500 (PR 3:59.56) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 1^st in the 800 (1:57.96) and member of 1^st place 4x400m relay at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 1^st in the 800 and 1^st in the 1500 at the MASCAC Championship. Placed 17^th in the 1500 (PR 3:57.47) and member of the 11^th place 4x400m relay at the DIII New England Championship (51s split). 1500 mark ranks as 3^rd on the all-time BSU performance list. Recognized for MASCAC All-Conference Honors.
