MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM
If a participant takes any medications, please fill out a Medication Authorization Form.  Please inform the Program Director of any medication information. 
No meds?  No need to fill out the form.

Philosophy/Objectives:
At Bridgewater State University we are committed  to create a fun, safe and positive athletic environment. The Softball Institute is designed to teach each player the fundamentals of fast pitch softball. Pitchers will enhance their pitching skills.  Infield and outfielders will gain specialized skills and practice.   Through individual & small group instruction, participants will increase their overall proficiency in the game of softball, and have FUN

Objectives:
  -Pitching instruction & evaluation
  -Throwing & receiving the ball
  -Review basic strategies and rules of softball
  -Improve hitting, bunting and slap hitting skills
  -Base running & sliding techniques                                                               
  -Work on team & communication 
  

Required Participant Equipment:
   -Softball glove
   -Cleats
   -Athletic shoes
   -Visor / hat
   -Sunblock              
   -Water Bottle
   -Lunch and snacks (In a cooler)

Optional Equipment: Batting glove, bat and sunglasses

Payment Policy:
All withdrawals or cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to the first day of the program. Refunds will be awarded on a case by case basis.
