The Bears won eight of the 16 events with sophomore Chelsea Nolan (Lowell, Mass.) and freshman Christina Minich (Wellesley, Mass.) leading the way with two victories apiece. Nolan touched the wall first in both the 1000 freestyle (12:10.81) and 500 freestyle (6:05.13) races. Minich was the top finisher in the diving events as she posted a score of 108.85 points on the one-meter board and 165.75 points on the three-meter.
Bridgewater also received wins from junior Rhiannon White (Falmouth, Mass.) in the 100 butterfly (1:10.82), sophomore Ashley Dunican (Bennington, Vt.) in the 50 backstroke (32.34), freshman Kristen Carey (East Taunton, Mass.) in the 200 freestyle (2:14.49) and freshman Taylor Brochu (Cotuit, Mass.) in the 100 backstroke (1:07.92).
Bridgewater will host Regis College on Friday night at 6:00 PM.
