Softball

Sarah Cahill joined the Bridgewater State softball coaching staff in the fall of 2025. Sarah is a 2023 graduate of Fitchburg State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. She also earned a Masters in criminal justice from Fitchburg State in 2024.

While at Fitchburg, Sarah was a pitcher for the FSU softball team for five seasons. She earned All-MASCAC Second Team honors in 2022 and 2023. In 75 career appearances with the Falcons including 53 starts, Cahill notched 28 wins with 3 complete games and 279 strikeouts in 363 1/3 innings of work.

A native of Mansfield, Massachusetts, Sarah also coaches for the Mass. Hurricanes out of Attleboro.
