Bouchard Places 9th at ECAC Championships

MEDFORD, Mass. -- Bridgewater State College senior distance runner Avery Bouchard placed ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the ECAC Division III Men's Indoor Track and Field Championships held on Friday at Tufts University.

MEDFORD, Mass. -- Bridgewater State College senior distance runner Avery Bouchard placed ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the ECAC Division III Men's Indoor Track and Field Championships held on Friday at Tufts University.

A native of Fall River, Massachusetts, Bouchard posted a time of 15:25.04 as he was among 15 runners competing in the event and the only member of the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC). 

Daniel Murner of Amherst College placed first in the 5,000 with a time of 14:47.86.
