2023-24 Season:
Catherine Daoulas made her collegiate debut as a freshman goalkeeper for Bridgewater State University during the 2023–24 field hockey season. She appeared in eight games and started six, logging 379 minutes in goal. Catherine recorded 50 saves with a .725 save percentage and posted a 3.00 goals-against average (2.86 in conference play), helping the Bears secure one win and one tie. Highlights of her rookie campaign included three saves in the season opener against Dean College and eight saves in a hard-fought 1–1 draw at Eastern Connecticut State.
2024-25 Season:
Catherine Daoulas continued to provide depth and reliability in goal for Bridgewater State during the 2024–25 field hockey season. She appeared in key matchups as part of the Bears’ strong defensive rotation. While senior Brianna Gagnon handled most of the starting duties, Catherine stepped in during critical moments, including the MASCAC semifinal against Worcester State and the regular-season finale versus Wheaton College, where she recorded multiple saves in limited minutes. Her readiness and composure under pressure helped the Bears finish with a 15–5 overall record and advance to the conference tournament. Building on her freshman experience, Catherine’s contributions reinforced the team’s depth and stability in net during a highly competitive season.
