Mat Pilates:
Mat Pilates includes combinations of simple movements without weights to enhance balance, mobility, muscle endurance and strength. Participants must bring a mat.
Pump it up Dance:
Join members of the D' Afrique dance club for guided dances to learn new moves/practice old ones to have fun on the dance floor.
Spin Class:
This indoor cycling class is for all fitness levels and combines both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning using varying intensities and body positions. Please bring a towel and water. 45 minutes
Yoga:
Come and reap the many benefits of Vinyasa flow yoga with deep stretches, stress relief, along with strength and endurance training. Improve your mind-body connection and leave class feeling both relaxed and re-energized. Please bring your own mat.
Zumba Fusion:
ZUMBA Fusion is a total-body workout that combines dance movements with floorwork to tone and sculpt your body while also enhancing muscle conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and flexibility.
