Sienna DeLucia Named Little East Women's Rookie Diver of the Week

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the third time this season, Bridgewater State University freshman Sienna DeLucia has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Rookie Diver of the Week.

DeLucia placed second in the one-meter diving competition this past weekend at the BSU Invitational as she registered a career-best score of 259.10 points over the six-dive event.

A native of Wallingford, Connecticut, DeLucia also earned Little East Rookie Diver of the Week honors on November 3rd and November 10th.

All told since 2022, the Bears have accumulated 21 LEC Rookie Diver of the Week accolades on the women's side.

The BSU women's swimming and diving team is off until after the New Year when the Bears host a tri-meet with Brandeis University and Keene State College on Saturday, January 17th.
