Sienna DeLucia Named Little East Women's Rookie Diver of the Week

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the second straight week, Bridgewater State University freshman Sienna DeLucia has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Rookie Diver of the Week.

DeLucia placed second in the one-meter diving competition on Sunday at a tri-meet hosted by Division II Saint Michael's College. The Wallingford, Connecticut native posted a six-dive score of 234.90 points.

The Little East Rookie Diver of the Week honor marks the second of DeLucia's career.

All told since 2022, the Bears have accumulated 20 LEC Rookie Diver of the Week accolades on the women's side.

The BSU women's swimming and diving team is back in action on Friday, November 14th when the Bears head to Willimantic, Connecticut for the Eastern Connecticut State University Relays.
