Outdoor 2025:  Set a personal best and placed 2^nd in the 5000 (15:56.45min) at the Tufts Snowflake Classic. Set a personal best in the 1500 (4:16.80min) at the Amherst Spring Fling. Placed 2^nd in the 5000 (16:08.99min) at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 3^rd in the 5000 (16:15.60min) at the MASCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Part of the 4x800m relay team that competed at the DIII New England Track & Field Championship.

Indoor 2024-25:  Set a personal best in the 3000 (9:14.99min) at the new balance Early Bird Invite. Set a personal best in the mile (4:31.08min), placing 8^th at the Boston University Mini Meet.  Placed 7^th in the mile (4:39.39) at the Tufts Branwen Smith King Invite. Placed 26^th and set an indoor personal best in the 5000 (16:01.61min). Placed 6^th in the mile (4:34.50min) at the Reggie Open. Note: the 2025 Indoor MASCAC Championship was not held. Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2025 winter sports.

Outdoor 2024: Placed 8^th in the 5000 (16:29.76min) at the Corsair Classic. Placed 28^th with a personal best in the 5000 (16:15.89min) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 15^th in the 1500 at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 2^nd (16:22.56min) at the MASCAC Championship. Was a member of the 4x800 relay that competed at the New England DIII Championship.  Named to MASCAC All-Academic Team for Winter/Spring.

Indoor 2023-2024: Ran a personal best in the 3000 (9:50.00min) at the Suffolk Relays. Set a season best in the mile (4:46.44min) at the Lyon Invite. Set a personal best in the 1000 (2:52.23min) at the Massasoit Classic. Set an indoor personal best in the 5000 (16:34.04min) at the Riverhawk Invite. Placed 3^rd in the 5000 and member of the 2^nd place 4x800 relay team at the MASCAC Championship.

Outdoor 2023: Placed 8^th in the 5000 (PR 16:16.12min) and member of the 4^th place 4x400m relay at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 6^th in the 1500 (PR 4:28.47) at the Corsair Classic. Placed 8^th in the 1500 (PR 4:23.63min) and member of the 5^th place 4x400m relay at the Springfield Classic. Placed 31^st in the 1500 (PR 4:17.18min) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 4^th in the 1500 at the MASCAC Championship. Member of the 4x800m relay that competed at the DIII New England Championship. Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2023 spring sports.
