The duo helped the Bears capture their first ever MASCAC and Alliance crowns this past weekend at the 2013 MASCAC/New England Alliance Championships held this past weekend at the University of Southern Maine.

Wahome captured individual conference titles in both the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run. The Lowell, Massachusetts native posted times of 8:58.60 in the 3,000 and 15:47.34 in the 5,000.

This indoor season, Wahome has qualified for the New England Division III Championships and ECAC Championships in both the 3,000 and 5,000.

Espinosa eclipsed a 15-year-old MASCAC record in long jump and also took top honors in the 200-meter dash.  The Rehoboth, Massachusetts product registered a leap of 22 feet, 4.50 inches (6.82 meters) in the long jump and posted a time of 22.78 seconds in the 200.

Espinosa currently holds the BSU school individual indoor mark in the long jump.  He was also a part of the Bears' record-setting 4x200 relay team which set the school record with a time of 1:31.68 earlier this season at the Wheaton Invitational.

Espinosa has qualified for the DIII New England Championships, ECAC Championships and New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships in both the long jump and 200. He has also qualified for DIII New Englands and ECACs in the 55-meter dash and 60-meter dash.
