  • The Associate Director of Athletics oversees the Division of Campus Recreation consisting of Intramural Sports and Club Sports and Fitness.  As well as the Departments various athletic venues, marketing and promotions also is a managed by this position.

Glenn was hired as Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities and Recreation Programs in June 2002.  He was brought on to manage the newly built Adrian Tinsley Center as well as the rest of the departments athletic venues.  He also is responsible for overseeing the Campus Recreation Program, which involves Intramural and Club Sports programming.

Prior to his return to Bridgewater State, Glenn was the Assistant Director of Recreational Sports Programs at Northeastern University in Boston, Ma.  He was hired at Northeastern in January of 1997 within the first year of operation of the newly built Marino Center.  Glenn's position began there as the Intramural Director and Evening Facility Supervisor.  Prior to Northeastern he worked for a short time with the Boy's and Girls Clubs of Boston, Chelsea Club as the Athletic Director.

After graduating form Bridgewater in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, concentrating in coaching and recreation.  Glenn was hired after his internship at Stonehill College in North Easton, Ma as a Building Manager.  After a two years at Stonehill's Sally Blair Ames Sports complex he was promoted to Program Coordinator.  During that time he also managed Herman's Sporting Goods in Taunton, Ma and spent six summers at Nobles Day Camp in Dedham, Ma.

Glenn has been very active in the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) for the past 16 years.  He has served as Massachusetts State Director twice, presented at Regional Conferences and sat on the Nomination and Elections Committee.  He also presided  on the 2000 NIRSA National Conference Host Committee, and in 2005 he Chaired the Region 1 Host Committee, hosted in Providence, RI.

He resides in East Bridgewater, Ma with his wife CC and their son Max and daughter Camryn.
